Requirements to join the Famili Fellowship Fund:
The FFF is a non-profit fund established in 2003 to provide assistance to Christian families who have children attending a non-profit Christian school in grades PreK to 12th.
The fund has very firm requirements for qualifying for scholarship. The fund bases scholarship awards on a family being very active in their Christian faith community. This includes active participation in the church services, ministries and in fulfilling the tithe.
- Tithe – to qualify for assistance the family must fulfill their tithe. The tithe is determined by 10% of the net taxable income (IRS 1040 line 43). The 10% of the taxable income needs to be donated as follows:
- A minimum of 5% to the family’s non-profit church or faith institution and,
- 5% to non-profit, 501 c(3) charities. The church is such a charity so that all 10% could be donated to the church. If other charities receive donations then the church must receive at least 5% of the tithe amount.
- At least one member of the family needs to be an active member of one of the church’s registered ministries.
- The family must actively participate in the liturgy/services of the church.
- The children must be enrolled in a non-profit Christian school.
- Application for each child requiring tuition assistance.
- Copy of year’s IRS 1040 Form – submitted by April 30th.
- Copy of year’s Schedule A tax form – submitted by April 30th.
- Verification of active membership in a ministry by May 1st.
- Verification of active participation in your faith organization parish, church by May 1st.
- Verification of Enrollment for each child by May 1st.

More Information and important documents:
Do not lay up for yourselves earthly treasures. Moths and rust corrode; thieves break in and steal. Make it your practice instead to store up heavenly treasure, which neither moths nor rust corrode nor thieves break in and steal. Remember; where your treasure is, there your heart is also.
Matthew 6:12-21
