Donating to the Family Fellowship Fund
The Family Fellowship Fund was established in 2003 for children, in Georgia, enrolled in private educational institutions. The Fund was formed to assist active members of the faith based institutions with the rising costs of private education. The fund is a qualified 501(C)-3 foundation and donations are tax-deductible (tax I.D. #20-5153144).
During its inaugural year, The Fund covered 22% of the tuition need for families who met the fund requirements of active stewards of the parish. Our goal for the 2007-2008 school year is to fund 40% of the tuition needs for applicants who meet scholarship requirements.
SPECIAL PROGRAM
You can donate on behalf of a family. The scholarship fund seeks to assist families who do not have the means to qualify
as a steward. Faith groups define stewardship in terms of Time, Talent and Treasure with an emphasis on Tithing.
With
your donation, you can consider becoming a Guardian Angel who sponsors families experiencing financial challenges to
meet the financial requirements qualifications of membership either to their faith institution or to community non-profit
organizations. Currently 15 children are supported by the Guardian Angel program.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! The costs of providing a private education are rising faster than inflation. The Scholarship Fund is growing and receiving requests from families across Atlanta . Our need is increasing as many families are facing increasing financial sacrifices to continue investing in our future generation. Your donation will help children continue to grow into the strong leaders of our future.
